By accessing and using the Lighthouse Brotherhood website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Lighthouse Brotherhood is a vetted, application-only men's accountability brotherhood. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Membership in a curated brotherhood of men
• Weekly group calls and guided discussions
• Access to the Lighthouse Blueprint framework
• Private community access
• Accountability partnerships
• Events and gatherings (when applicable)

3. Membership & Application

Membership in Lighthouse Brotherhood is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the sole right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Acceptance is based on alignment with our values, commitment level, and the composition of each cohort.

4. Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and maintain confidentiality of discussions
• Participate actively and in good faith
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce proprietary materials (including the Lighthouse Blueprint) without written permission
• Not use the brotherhood for solicitation, spam, or commercial promotion without approval
• Uphold the standards and values of the brotherhood

Violation of these conduct standards may result in removal from the brotherhood without refund.

5. Payment & Fees

Membership fees, if applicable, will be communicated to accepted applicants before any payment is required. By making a payment, you agree to the fee structure presented at the time of enrollment. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks (including the Lighthouse Blueprint), branding, and intellectual property associated with Lighthouse Brotherhood are owned by Lighthouse Brotherhood and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own growth. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Lighthouse Brotherhood provides community, accountability, and personal development resources. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, financial advisors, or medical professionals. Our services are not a substitute for professional advice. Results vary by individual and depend on personal effort and commitment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Brotherhood and its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the brotherhood.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms or conduct that we determine is harmful to the brotherhood. You may also voluntarily leave the brotherhood at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.
